Bergamo Ambiente & Servizi, the company selling and distributing water and gas, and provider of sanitation services in the province of Bergamo, has implemented on its web site the COGITO® Contact Reply solution by Expert System. On the portal www.bas.bg.it is in fact activated a new system for the query of the contents, to support the user searching for information.
The added value of the realized solution is represented by the intelligent interface able to understand natural language. Relying on COGITO® Contact Reply, the user can write a request in the everyday language and receive automatically an answer in the form of a FAQ, or direct link to the interesting pages. The system provides simple and immediate assistance without staff, offering to the user the possibility to browse information in natural language.
